Go beyond symptom management to explore the underlying factors contributing to bloating, fatigue, skin irritation, and persistent symptoms through quantitative DNA-based stool testing.

Digestive Health Testing

Early Indicators of Gut Imbalance

Digestive symptoms are only one possible indication of an underlying gut imbalance. Gut dysfunction can influence immune function, nutrient absorption, metabolism, and other physiological processes, potentially contributing to symptoms that extend beyond the digestive tract.

Digestion

bloating, constipation, diarrhea, GERD, gas, burping, malabsorption, food intolerances/sensitivities

Neurological & Mood

brain fog, anxiety, depression, mood instability, low motivation, difficulty concentrating, memory difficulties

Skin Issues

acne, eczema, rosacea, hives, itchy or dry skin, psoriasis flare-ups, rashes, food reactions

Systemically

fatigue, low energy, frequent illness or infections, joint pain, inflammation, histamine intolerance, hormonal imbalances

The Influence of Gut Health on Systemic Wellness

95%

Approximately 95% of the body's serotonin is produced in the gastrointestinal tract.

↑ 70%

The gastrointestinal tract contains approximately 70–80% of the body’s immune cells, playing a central role in immune function.

150X

The gut microbiome contains approximately 150 times more genes than the human genome, influencing metabolism, nutrient utilization, and physiological function.

A Deeper Look at Gut Health

Comprehensive DNA-based stool testing evaluates key markers influencing digestive function. The Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP) tests includes:

Is Digestive Health Testing Right for You?

  • Your labs come back “normal,” yet you still don’t feel like yourself—and no one has connected the dots.

  • You’re experiencing bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhea, skin issues, fatigue, brain fog, or mood changes without clear answers.

  • You’ve improved your diet and tried different protocols, but your symptoms persist.

  • You’re tired of guessing, spending money on supplements, and treating symptoms without understanding what’s driving them.

  • You want deeper insight into your gut health and potential root causes before committing to the 1:1 program.

  • You want to use annual GI-MAP testing to monitor changes over time and identify potential imbalances early.

Starting Point & Annual Re-Testing

Digestive Health Testing (GI-MAP)

The GI-MAP is a highly valued assessment and a foundational first step for all clients. It provides valuable insight into factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, helping connect the dots between what you’re experiencing and potential underlying root causes. The test may also be repeated annually to monitor changes over time and support ongoing health assessment.

As part of this package, you'll receive:

  • Symptom Intake Assessment
A detailed intake to provide context around your symptoms and health history before reviewing your results.

  • GI-MAP Interpretation & Review
Your results are reviewed alongside your symptom assessment to provide a more complete picture of how your digestive health may be contributing to your symptoms.

  • Virtual Session
A 45-minute virtual session to review your GI-MAP results, understand your key findings, and identify the most important areas to focus on next.

  • Next Step Recommendations
You’ll receive personalized recommendations outlining the appropriate next steps and areas to prioritize.

What This Doesn't Include

This is not a treatment package. You will not receive a personalized multi-phase supplement protocol, dietary guidance, ongoing check-ins, or access to additional functional labs. This session gives you insight and direction on the most appropriate next steps for you.

Implementing a comprehensive gut-healing protocol requires individualized guidance, ongoing oversight, support, and an integrative approach, which is what the 1:1 Integrative Wellness Program is designed to provide.
